These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EvoRise (the "Service"), available at evorise.site. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

EvoRise is an online tool that helps you build resumes, analyse them against job descriptions, and generate related content using AI. Features are provided on a best-effort basis and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans & payments

The free plan includes limited access. The Pro plan is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro features for 30 days, after which your account returns to the free plan. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits or payment, upload unlawful content, or use it to generate false or misleading information about yourself or others.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the resume content you create. EvoRise retains ownership of the software, templates, and branding. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your use in your own documents.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific ATS outcomes. AI output may contain errors — review everything before use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoRise is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
