This policy explains cancellations and refunds for EvoRise Pro.
Subscriptions & cancellation
EvoRise Pro is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro features for 30 days. It is not a recurring subscription — nothing auto-renews and nothing is auto-charged, so there is no subscription to cancel. After 30 days your account simply returns to the free plan, and you may purchase Pro again whenever you like.
Refunds
Because Pro is a digital product that grants immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. However, if you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access Pro due to a technical problem on our side, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
How to request
Email support@evorise.site with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
